Message	his experience with/knowledge of the product is certainly important as to whether or not someone would want to buy it, and/or buy it from him. You're right, he should have the specs on those BCs as well. I just think it's a bit more constructive to say, "I'd buy it only if you have install experience/a guarantee of some sort" than to imply he's a kid working out of his parents' basement due to a shortcoming on details. tommunist
